MOL focusses on the distress underlying any particular symptom pattern rather than the symptoms themselves

MOL Workshops planned for the UK

In July I’ll be travelling to the UK to attend the annual BABCP conference and to catch up with friends and colleagues. While I’m there we’ve planned two MOL workshops. The first one will be in London on 1st July and the second one will be in Manchester on 21st July. The workshops will be a great opportunity to let more people know about the Method of Levels and to invite them to try these ideas out for themselves. The visit also coincides with the release of the latest MOL book – Principles-Based Counselling and Psychotherapy: A Method of Levels approach. The book is authored by me, Warren Mansell, and Sara Tai and is published by Routledge. We’re very excited about the publication of this book and hope lots of people will find it really useful and helpful. Before I leave for the UK there’s still lots to do with another workshop and evening presentation in Ballina. I always appreciate the opportunity to present these ideas to people in rural and remote locations because the flexibility and general applicability of this way of working makes it especially useful in these settings. I hope I get to see you soon at one of these workshops.
