Our new book, Principles-Based Counselling and Psychotherapy: A Method of Levels approach, has just been published. It’s tremendously exciting to see the book finally on the shelves. Once again, the book was a joint effort between me, Warren Mansell, and Sara Tai. The principles of control, conflict, and reorganisation are described, and their role in creating an effective and efficient is outlined. The book has loads of examples to help illustrate the points being made and an extended example at the end of the book to demonstrate the therapy in action.
