Another article has just been published about patient-led appointment scheduling. People familiar with this work will recognise the message being expressed but it was a great opportunity to communicate these ideas in another forum. One of the themes of the article is that the evidence accumulated through RCTs has not provided us with information about what the ideal treatment protocol should be.
